Page flickering when rolling over a marquee

Hi, the homepage of www.gala.ie has a marquee for the latest news and a flash video for their 'deadly' tv ad. When you rollover the marquee in IE the whole page flickers blue for a moment. It is because of the video on the page. Has anyone seen this before, im thinking it's to do with Z-index or css or just IE !! any ideas…

Hi,

Doesn't happen in FF. It's to do with the onMouseOver and onMouseOut events on the marquee - remove them and IE does not flicker.
