    Nay. The organisers are trying to weed out the lightweights. Apparently (according to the leccy picnic site) the low cost of the tickets is to reflect the fact that they don't necessarily want people to camp but give them the option to come during the day and then bugger off to some palace at night and not have to rough it with the commoners
