I robbed a 6600gt of a guy awhile back. So anyway, home I moved at the weekend, and I went to hook my computer up to the telly box, and the cable wouldn't fit. This is what's on the back of my computer DSC01821-thumb.png
    What the hell is that?
As it happens I have a connector that goes from that to composite, but I got no joy from it.
    Answers on a postcard please.

A breakout lead connects to it.

You should have got one with the card, it looks like the cable in the far right of this pic.

Its used to connect composite in/out S-video in/out

It's a multi-av output on NV cards, they can be configured to run composite, s-video & component depending on the dongle that comes with them but if you already have one I thought it would have worked, cant think of a reason why it didn't

There is a small chance is requires a specific cable in other words the one that came with it or something from a similar NV card.

    Edit: conzymaher already answered.

    I'm getting a 403 on that image.
    Anyway cheers.

I'll get onto the guy I got it off and see if he has it, but he's notorious for losing stuff.
    Thanks guys

Should look like the middle cable

Does the card have VIVO or just video out?

My friend has a 6600 GT (non VIVO) with the same kind of socket and the cable that came with that breaks out to composite or YPbPr (IIRC the Y plug acts as composite when set in the display settings) and s-video.
