eBay: Not recieved + feedback for perfect transaction?

    Hi all....

    Bought a CD from bloke on eBay at the start of May, paid instantly using Paypal, and the CD hit my mat about 10 days later. The CD was fine, so, I then gave positive feedback to the seller.

    He still hasn't given me positive feedback in return. I have mailed him once, thinking that he may have forgotten about it, but still nothing.

    Whats the best course of action here?

    I don't believe there is any obligation to give feedback. I've sold to buyers who have never given feedback after the transaction has been completed.

    There have been a couple of occasions where I left feedback for a seller and he left me nothing, other way around too :)

    happened to me once so i emailed them and they replied saying sorry and that they were very busy ,left me positive feedback the next day

    I sent a guy two emails about feedback once and he got really snotty. I needed the feedback and it was weeks later. Sometimes a gentle reminder is all they need.
