    Hey Y'all,

    My lil brother has an interview with Microsoft tomorrow, but the job description says something about it being a Microsoft/CPL position? Anyways, its an admin job, nothing too pressing.. I just want to prepare him well so has anyone got hints/tips for their interview?

    Do they do a iq/personality test? Dunno what questions to ask really, but any help is welcome!

    For Development roles I know they do what is basically an IQ test that is code orientated. It was regular expressions. For an admin position I would be suprised if this was the test done , but I presume some sort of test is done.

    Sounds like he will be working in Microsoft but he will be employed by CPL. All wages and everything else will be paid directly by CPL. The drawback is he will not get paid anything like a Microsoft employee or be entitled to any of their benefits. This means no access to company store for cheap software.

    as brian said there are 100s of people in MS contracted via CPL at all levels, it's not a temp job a lot of them have been there for years...
