I know there are some pb dogs being bred but breeding a pom with a jr I haven't heard of ...but mabey I missed that. When breeding two pb dogs you might get the best of both dogs or the worst of both dogs. Plenty of small breed dogs and puppies and sometimes the occasional pure bred in pounds or rescues. Can't see the benifit in mixing the two breeds behaviour or personality or look wise you will end up with a small breed dog but that's about it.
