Our new house has a large corner window so we need to get a curtain pole that is bent in the middle iykwim. We've seen wooden versions of these but is it possible to get wooden curtain poles for a window such as this -

Or is it possible to get a hinge type thingy to join two wooden poles ? Any advice greatly appreciated. :)

no quite what you need, but I got metal poles with hinged corner pieces to do what you need in homebase out in carrickmines. or is that a woodies? not sure. anyhow they have 2 different types of metal ones, but didn't look for wooden ones. they may have them...

personally if I was using wood I would cut both poles at 45 degrees and butt them against each other and glue them, should be able to get a nice joint.

Sorry, meant to say: "We've seen METAL versions of these..."

But we're looking for wooden ones.
