Some official signs have appeared along the route to guide anyone following it. I'm not sure how complete the signage is but there are signs along the stretch from the moat of Ardskull along the Athy road to the outskirts of Kilcullen (the star/stop point is at Ballyshannon cross, just beside the speed trap point:rolleyes: . I've seen another sign at the Curragh racecourse roundabout just outside Newbridge. If you're reasonably local and so inclined it might be worth taking a drive around to see where they go. I'll probably do the same one of these weekends if I ever get my Volvo's propshaft and gearbox back together

I live in Carlow and have loads of the signs! It seems to be well signposted to me, especially for a car event like the Gordon Bennett. There are towns in Ireland that dont have their names on as many signs !

Great - I'm going to organise a club run on this route - I'll have to spend a fine summers day mapping it out :D

It all seems to be happening next weekend - should be worth a look at any point along the route - especially the meeting points mentioned in the Laois Tourism link above
