Has anyone had a go at making crisps? If so I'd like instructions, please!

    Peel your spuds
    Slice them on a mandolin
Wash them to remove excess starch
    Dry them
    Fry them at about 190
    Season and enjoy

if ya do it in an oven you'll still have to drown the crisps in oil before you cook em.

you could do it on a chip pan if you watch it and dont burn teh house down
