BT in Broadband Billing Shock

    My first BT bill two months ago contained an installation charge which was not supposed to be charged as I was transferring from UTV and supplying my own kit. I complained and got the usual "it will be refunded in the next bill".

    Lo and behold I got my bill yesterday and it is refunded... I nearly fainted with the shock. Now if only they could sort out transferring my line rental I'd be happy...
