my name is colm and i play (or at least try to) various instruments including guitar, bass and keyboard.i am interested in putting together a new music collective that is unlike anything thats gone before.the music will be hard hitting and possibly futuristic, while keeping in tune with melody and taste.the lyrics will be political and sociological based (none of that im sad and depressed crap) with hints of left-wing imagery.my influences include a vast array of acts such as Tool, Nine Inch Nails, RATM, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Skinny Puppy, System of a Down, Joy Division, Killing Joke and lots of other crazy stuff from various genres.i am looking to put together a collective that will include three guitarists,at least two bassists, one drummer,a keyboard/synth player and an experimentalist musician.it doesnt sound like it should work on paper but im determined to make it work.i am open to all ideas and influences and if u even have a hint of interest about the project, feel free to let me know.i look forward to hearing from you all.a revolution is aboput to start:cool:
