any one know if this is a sign of problems. I have 2 boxes panasonic and grundig.. both switched themselves off today at different times and came back with the welcome page searching for listings when I turned me back on. is it just a once off or a sign of something more serious?

could be any number of things. If it happens again then I'd start to worry, if not... just forget it.

Often after an automatic OTA SW update or EPG change. A glitch on the ESB might do it. I don't think it is anything to worry about.

This happened to my Thompson digibox last night around 22.40 too. Must have been time for an update or something.
