Here i googled it for you
Sour mix, also known as sweet and sour mix or bar mix, is a mixer made of lemon or lime juice and sugar syrup. It is an important part of many cocktails.

To make your own, mix one part heavy sugar syrup (3 parts sugar, 2 parts water) with one part lemon juice, and add 2 egg whites per liter of mix. The egg whites are optional, but will make the drinks slightly foamy. You may want to adjust the sugar/juice ratio to give the mix the right balance of sweetness and tartness.
    It was the first result...

Be careful with the raw egg whites, on a warm day that's salmonella waiting to happen. As it says, the egg whites are only there to make the drink foamy. Depending on what drink your making, Sour mix is essentially just lemon juice and 'simple syrup', which is just sugar and water mixed. You can make is yourself this way, but Miwadi Lemon cordial is a half decent substitute to be honest, it's basically the same thing, Lemon juice, sugar and water.
As with any recipe, experiment yourself, you'll find a combination that you like. I'd also highly reccomend a Lynchburg Lemonade... (Jack Daniel's, Triple Sec or Cointreau, Sour mix and a dash of white lemonade, perfect on a warm summer's evening....)

Finest Call cocktail mixes are available in good off-licences. You just have to add the alcohol.

I know that you can get them in Mc Hugh's off-licences on Kilbarrack Road and Artane. They sell for 5.99.
