well if you are looking to transfer money, use xetrade.com

You can put in a bid order with them. Ie I want to buy €2500 worth of dollars, but only if/when it gets to 1.30 up to 30 days in the future.

The dont charge commisson either.

Wouldn't be surprised if the dollar's value continues to decrease. I'd wait a bit longer if I were you.:p
