Switching back to Xbox Live from your 360

When I bought my 360 I transfered my Live account over to it from my XBox. The thing is I have a lot of XBox games that I would still ike to play on live (that aren't backward compatible with the 360). Has anybody been transfering their account back and forth and if so how easy is it?

Can't be done afaik.
Can go from Xbox to Xbox360, but not vice versa.

did you try just using your account again on the xbox ?
