How to secure a shower head to plasterboard

This may be an easy one, however atlantic, homebase etc just can't answer. I have just finished tiling my ensuite and now need to hang/install the shower head.
The problem lies firstly with the fact that it is plasterboard, which I have found items that work, however the fact that the tiles are already up is the issue, as the distance from the back of the plasterboard to the leading edge of the showerhead rail is approx 100mm.......

    The dimensions stack like this:
    plasterboard - ~15mm, Adhesive - ~3mm, Tile - ~10mm,
    shower fixture - ~ 60mm
any ideas on a simpole soultion?

    Thanks.
