Your probably better off sticking to main stream companies like Eircom or Esat.

However Perlico have reasonable packages for dial up. Would you not consider wireless broadband instead?

UTV have the cheapest Dial-up rates with flat-rate anytime (day & night) packages of 30hrs for €9.99 and 180hrs for €24.95 per month. The catch is they make you switch from Eircom for your telephone service, I believe this is illegal and anti-competitive and if Eircom did it there would be total uproar. I would choose these only my telephone service is with Eircom and I am happy with it.

Eircom offers their anytime flat rate package at €29.99 per month for 150hrs.

BT Ireland (formerly Esat BT) offers a range of packages also but their only anytime (day & night) is €26.99 per month. I use this and am happy with it so far so good with the billing they have made no mistakes and have only billed what I owed them. I left Eircom for my Dial-up when they hit me with a bill for over €100 for 2 months dial-up of around 80hrs in total for the two months.

*sigh* The whole basis of making the tele comms industry more competitive was to allow people to switch between providers. Nothing illegal with UTV asking you to move to their service. They are offering a deal if you switch over to using their combined internet and voice package. If you don't like it, you don't take it. Not like before when you had no choice but to use Eircom.

    UTVInternet has a subscription free service - you dial a 1890 (Lo-Call) for access - that's all
