Why hasnt anyone noticed the Denise in eastenders has been around b4?

    yeah that was so long ago!! if its true then the writers must have just been hoping that ppl with good memories and sense no longer watched eastenders!

    There's about 5 or 6 actors that they've reused like this down through the shows history.

    It's quite common for actors to come on as extras or bit parts and then be invitied back later on as full characters.

    Barry (short fat bloke, killed by Janine), first appeared as a paramedic, treating someone in the pub, he even had a few lines. IIRC, he was on the show as Barry within a year.

    I think Eastenders isn't great at the mo. I can't think of 1 storyline thats actually 'big' or interesting. Although its confirmed that
    Stacy will find out shes pregnant soon. Another teenage pregnancy!
