    RedBull Break-In B-Boy Battle
    Saturday 10th June 2006 / Spirit Nightclub, Lr. Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 1, Ireland / FREE!

    Red Bull is giving wings to the Irish hip hop community to pit their dance and vocal skills against the world’s best live on-stage at Ireland’s largest outdoor festival Oxegen this coming July.

    ‘Red Bull Break-In’ is a new arena at Oxegen 2006 featuring the world’s best break dancers, human beat boxers, MC’s and Red Bull Music Academy DJ’s. This tent provides all the elements of the Hip Hop scene and will have one of the best programmes for the weekend festivities. (Full details will be revealed closer to the festival)

    B-Boys from across the globe will be battling over the weekend from countries like Korea, Columbia, Philippines, The USA and more. A Local B-Boy battle (Eliminator Heat) will take place in Spirit niteclub in June where eight Irish qualifiers will be chosen to compete at Oxegen 2006 with one Irish wild card going through to battle the international talent on the Sunday of the festival.

    B-Boy Eliminator Heats
    Spirit Venue, Dublin
    7-10pm, Saturday 10th June

    To find the best local B-Boys based in Ireland, Red Bull will hold an Eliminator event comprising of heats in Spirit nightclub on Saturday 10th June. At this event, local B Boys will have the chance to come and impress our judges and the best will be picked to compete at Oxygen against the rest of the world!

    The judges for the Eliminator Heats in Spirit will be two of our International B-Boys who will take part at Oxegen, Sonic from Columbia and Mouse from Philippines along with Boo from the Belfast City Breakers.

    MC for the evening will be Mikki D with Irish DJ Champion Tu-ki spinning the beats for the breakers and the evening also will feature a special break dancing showcase from Sonic and Mouse!
