My band (www.myspace.com/bluerosaofficial) are currently toying with the idea of bringing in a fulltime keyboard player. The Ideal candidate wouldn't be any younger than 19 years old and is of either sex. Have a little bit of a classical background but not essential. Would be open minded in their approach to arranging and writing music. Has a progressive love of music and loves to try new things. No specified influences, anything from bowie to chopin will really do the trick. Be of good voice, for backing vocal purposes. Appreciates the classics (mellotron, hammond, rhodes and moog). And doesn't drink cider.
