Looking forward to this, but I'll be shocked if it's anywhere near as good as the incredible Superman II. That film will take some beating. The trailor for this one isn't too assuring.

People said the same thing about X-Men when that was in production and Bryan Singer did well with that. This time, he not only has a bigger budget to get the effects right and a smaller principle cast [the big cast in X-Men almost ruined it!], he has a love of the material...

... I think this will beat the Da Vinci Code

Superman II had an intially great story that was ruined when donner was fired and lester rewrote and reshot loads, over 80% of the finished movie, including the schmaltzy bits, this movie looks like it'll be better than cheesy superman II but the question is will it be better than the Donner Superman II which is rumoured to be coming out on dvd this summer
