Does anyone know how much they charge? Are they reliable?

The reason why i ask is the currently our house is been looked after by my uncles's auctioneering company. And to put it midly they dont give a **** about the place. He runs a micky mouse operation.The rent has only been paid on time twice in the last 9 months. Do we have any rights as we have complained countless times and its always the same story that it wont happen again.
