I'm reBooting a laptop with the recovery CD, after some of the OS files were deleted. The problem is the installation gets to about 7% and then an error message pops up saying it can't install a particular file. After retrying the same message reappears. Any idea how to overcome this or is there some other way to reinstall xp. The CD seems to be ok (ie no scratches/marks)
