First thing you do is go down to your local club and do a beginners course. They will have all the equipment you need. After you finish that talk to your club about what bow suits you.
A list of clubs in Ireland can be found at www.archery.ie

You can get the full kit for around 250 euro.

What toxof said. BUY NOTHING until you have done the beginner's course. There are many variables when it comes to archery gear - arrow length, arrow stiffness, bow weight etc etc etc, and these things cannot be accurately measured until you have relatively stable technique - for instance, someone who picks up a bow now may have a draw length of 27" - but after a fortnight of training where they learn to draw the bow properly, you could add 3 inches to that. So do the beginner's course, the club will have all the gear you need.

I do agree with them but getting a kit is a bad idea. I know people in my club who have baught a kit for 250 goten a medioker bow and equipement. I managed to get all my stuff for 380 and its all top quality. So by all mean join a club do a course and get some exprince then go buy a good bow and equipment its the best way to go. If you dont your going to end up having to spend more money on getting good stuff after buying the bad stuff.
