Strange Compound/Recurve bow

    I just came across this picture, it is a real bow. What does everybody make of it? I think its wicked looking, I'd like to give it a go.. Wouldn't buy one though..

    Theres similar bows on www.oneidaeaglebows.com. I know somebody in Australia who shoots target with one.

    Interesting. I saw a compound at a field shoot once that didn't have cams; this looks like a cross between it and the standard wheely type.

    It kinda does have cams, just not in the right (usual!) place. Wierd.

    Looks to me that someone doc a compund bow and just grafted recurve limbs to it.... I mean, why!?

    Dunno about this bow, but speaking for the camless compound I saw before: it had a draw weight of about 80lbs, but the let-off weight (is that what it's called?) was something like 20lbs.
