    Hey there, might'nt be best practice to ask this but i have an old vodafone sim that's been lying in the house for ages, want to use it in me spare phone but don't know the PIN, asked the guys in the vodafone shop, there's nought they can do as i don't even know the phone no. of it, if anyone has any info can they pm:confused:

    If you don't know the number, you can't do anything.

    Not true.

    There's a sim number. It should be on the sim.

    It'll either start with 8935303 plus a 12 digit number or just the 12 digit number. Ring Voda Customer Care with that, and they should be able to sort it out.

    Anytime I've tried to do that, they've basically told me to f off.
