Need to get a Cam - Any recommendations?

    I need to buy a cam for my lap top. I don't want to spend a fortune, budget would be up to €100. (could possibley stretch if product is worth it though)

    I need the following functions on it:

    Remote control
    Zoom
    Clip on (to laptop or table surface or window sill etc.

    Are cam's wireless or do they have to be connected to the laptop/computer?
    Do you recommend buying online for better bargains?
    What sites are good?
