He has to have misread his hand or something, Obviously ya cant see what betting happened before that but he threw away his trips imediately.

I just had a quick search there, but to no avail. Do you know what ESPN left out?

Well obviously he didnt put hellmute on 77!

But do you not think that laying down trips on what imho isnt the most dangerous bored to him is at least worthy of some sort of thought. He threw it away instantly, well in the clip I saw anyway. Obviously with some thought he might put him on trips with a better kicker but he laid it down instantly as if he didnt even think about it.

No need to be so condescending Reggie.

I haven't seen the hand in question in probably over a year and don't quite recall the details of it, but I do remember being a bit suprised at the apparent speed of the laydown.

I was wondering about that too, or at least why he did it so quickly.

The fold with JT is a joke.

I remember reading about this hand before (in the link HJ posted) but I never saw it until now. I don't see what's so unbelievable about it. Guy has trips no kicker, Hellmuth bets the turn, he raises, Hellmuth 3 bets, suddenly he can only beat a bluff (do you think AK 3 bets that turn?), he thinks for a few seconds and folds. Even tournament donkeys fold hands like these deep stacked.

Apparently the video evidence of the deception is on here but that link doesn't work for me.:( Connection keeps timing out and I can't figure out why. Thats mildly annoying:mad:
