Its probably Vertigo, it is the Quality hotel bar. It is a very mixed and hit n miss spot with Pearse street natives, gallery Quay blow ins and Hotel residents. If its hip you are looking for, this place probably will be- as the new developments around mature and get lived in.
It is a cool place on 2 floors, cocktail menu and good lunch menu.
No DJ when I was lat there apart from dodgy 40th on up stairs.
