    Hi all

I sold 2 Bonjovi tickets by ebay on Tuesday (16th may) morning 1am. Seller paid me by paypal at 7am Tuesday and I dispatched them by 11am by registered post as per in the auction. I had put in the auction that i would only send by registered post.

After I sent them I immediately sent the buyer an email confirming dispatch and gave him his tracking number. I checked this online and it it shows it as on for delivery on the 18th and no answer on the 17th.

Now today (20th May) the day of the concert the buy is claiming he didn't receive them. I wrote back stating the facts and that it is not my problem if he ain't home to sign for his letter. I suggested contacting his local post office.

I have a feeling this is a scam and that he may have the tickets and just wants the money back too.

    What should I do next?

    regards
    007

Like you say. Once you had handed it over to the post office and sent it registered post, it is now their problem. they need to take it up with Anpost.
    I wouldn't worry too much.

PS. They would have left a note saying they tried to deliver and nobody was in, leaving instructions on what to do next.

Remove your money from your Paypal account immediately. Then ignore anymore of his emails.

In any case its up to them to look it up An Post, once it leaves you. Its out of your hands, hope you get it sorted out anyway.
