Currently 4,993,000,000 (imagine what the rake on those adds up to :eek: ).
Every 5,000,000 hand dealt, the table that deals that hand,
Winner of the hand gets $5,000 and $2,000 to the rest of the players in that hand. Not bad especially if you were playing 0.1/.20 cent :eek:
When it get to the 4,990,000,000 hand, it goes to every 500,000 hand
5 Billionth hand gets $50,000 and the rest of the table gets $10,000.

I was playing the other day and the message said congratulations to fun table xxx that have been dealt one of the random 5 billion hands celebration hands. Would be nice payout for fun money players!!!!

I never got within a thousand of any of the hands despite having 4 tables open!

I don't play on pokerstars, but pokerroom.com had something similar last year and the amount of people playing was much higher than usual and the games were much easier to beat then normal too. Is there a similar phenomenon happening there?

Well the tables just filled up for about 10 minutes before the hand got dealt. I couldn't tell if my $.10-$.20 limit table was any softer than normal, I just know I didn't hit any of them either despite having my screen covered twice over in pokerstars tables.

I had 20 .10/.20 cent tables open and didn't get close to anything.
There were over 13,000 tabkes open going into the final 5 minutes :eek:

I wonder would 13,000 tables be opened on a Tuesday at 2am.
