    I'm looking for volunteers to help build the articles and technique database at forum.mmaireland.com

    If you'd like to get yourself some exposure or just want to help support the irish MMA community, please submit your articles to us on a voluntary basis!

    Your article needs to be relevant to forum.mmaireland.com - meaning that it must be related in someway to the martial arts (in particular MMA). Please share your thoughts, views, experiences, tips and tricks with the Irish MMA community.

    Attended an event and able to write a review? Want to share your thoughts? Got a digital camera and want to make a photographic "submission guide"? Want to share a particularly useful striking combo or workout technique?
