    Maybe 20 minutes.

What part of the ground have you got a ticket for?

If you're in the West Stand, use an exit to get on to the Shelbourne Road (the main road behind the West Stand) and turn left and keeping walking and walk through the crossroads (actually a 5 road junction).

If you're elsewhere in the ground, leave through the gates at the North terrace and walk staright on to the main road there (Bath Avenue) and then turn left and walk under the railway bridge and take the next right.

So which ever option you took, you're now at the same point. Keeping walking straight (you'll go over the canal and when you pass the Gingerman pub) take a right onto Westland Row, then take a left after you walk under the railway bridge. Walk up until you see a right turn for Tara Street (loads of cars will go that way) and you'll see the Liffey at the end of Tara Street, and I think Burgh Quay is on your left.

A taxi from anywhere around Lansdowne should only cost about 6euro anyway...if you can get one.

To be honest I dont hink youll make it for 10 o clock after a match. The match will finish at about9.15 and by the time you get out of the ground it ll be at least 9.30. It ll take you at least half an hour to walk. The bus service out around Ballsbridge is a joke.

If it's Galway thats your destination then this might help you out.

If the match is over at 9:15, you'll make it to burgh quay on foot no problems. Other option is to leave a couple of minutes early and get onto a Dart to Tara Street (northbound). The dart will only take 10 mins to Tara Street, but it's a hell of a scrum to get onto it after the match, which is why I suggest leaving the game a few minutes early.
