    OK can someone please explain to me what "same difference" means? its grammitically wrong surely? (Is grammitically a word?) Surely we should say "no difference"?

    its an easy way of saying something that would usually take longer. The english language evolves, go look up google....

    The pharse 'same difference' makes sense if comparing something like a quantity, the difference bettween 1 pint and 2 pints is the same as the difference between 3 and 4 pints, i.e. 1 pint.

    I think that how the pharse is normally used is wrong and either 'same thing' or 'no difference' would be right in those cases...

    If you cared to look into the english language you would soon find out how it doesn't follow clear rules. There is no proper or correct english. Don't believe everything you were taught in school.
