Another Fitz 1/2 PLH Hand

    All holdem in the Fitz. Lots of limping and small bets (same game as last hand I posted). After 8 players limp (lol) button raises to 15. Most of us called and I was in mp with the A9s. Flop comes 962, not suited. UTG +2, a foreign guy who had been betting small all evening bet 60, leaving 100 behind. He had been unlucky with some pots, splitting and losing on the river when ahead but I had not seen him bet more that 35 on any street. And he didn't seem to be on tilt. I call everyone else folds. Turn 8. He goes all in for his last 100. My play ? And feel free to criticize my play to this point but bear in mind its a FITZ cash game.

    looks like an overpair that he didnt raise the pot with earlier due to the fact he was in early position and this is a fitz cash game making a raise from late position inevitable?
