I used to do them, the way I got into it was from working in a radio station.
Just write the jingles, record them to a good standard and ring around stations and post them out!
Generally the station do them there in the studio and you will most likely have to edit and play the music yourself.
It will not just mean you go in and sing, then leave.
If you want to do jingles its a lot more work than you would think because voice over artists are not a rarity in this country!
Its easy money but its not good money, you'd be better off joining a band as you would get paid more for playing in Eamonn Dorans on a week night!
