How high should the piano bench

    Does any1 know where I can get information on the web in determaining how high the piano bench should be

    I think mine is either too low because I am getting back pains after playing piano for a long time- has anyone had the same thing happen??

    Could be your posture. Make sure your back is straight when playing. If you've done lessons with a good teacher, they should make sure your posture stays correct. Never had a problem myself. Try putting a small cushion on the bench before you play next and keep your back straight
