Did this happen to anyone else?

I sent them an email asking why they did it and this was the reply:

    Dear ******,

    Thank you for contacting CDPoker.

This is Analiza from the Support Team and I am glad to assist you
    today.

As verified in our reocrd, it shows that our system has closed your
poker account. For verification purposes, we request that you send us in
particular a copy of some form of identification e.g. driver's license
and any proof of billing which shows the address registered in your
    account.

These documents are requested for security purposes only, and once we
receive legible copies you will not be required to send this information
again. We employ such security procedures at our poker site for the
safety and security of both you the player and the poker site on a whole.
In addition, it is quite a common practice for online gaming sites to
request documents from players at some point in their membership with
    us.

You have the option of sending this information by fax or email. If
you are sending this information by email, then you also have the option
to scan the documents or use a digital camera to take some
high-resolution pictures. I personally recommend the scanning option as this works
best for image quality and clarity. We hope to have a long and
mutually beneficial relationship with you, and look forward to your
    cooperation in handling this matter.

    Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We value and appreciate you as our client and it is our goal to provide
you with the best quality of service we could offer.

    Have a great day!

Yeah, I went through a fair few computers.
I still haven't heard 1 person getting money from these people. Are we all such bad players that we cannot gather 1000points before loosing it all!

I only set up one account.

They didn't answer the question "WHY they locked my account" in that email so asked them again and they havn't replied.

Its common enough for casinos/pokerrooms to try to avoid paying when it comes to big wins/free money - fax them the stuff and itll b grand.
