Any decent solicitor should be able to set you on the right track.
There are specialised agent who advertise in property pages some times too. Youngs??

Have you done the homework on how many pubs in Ireland that have closed in the last few years. Quite a few... should be weary!
People are staying in now to drink due the the price hikes which has caused many pubs to close.

you can expect to pay up to 185,00 for a clean pub license. You solicitor is the only person you should go with to source the license as there's a mountain of gray area legal mumbo jumbo to shovel through and you dont want to screw things up when spending that kind of money!;)

    It's not 185k anyway. That's a 2005 price.
The last one I heard of was sold for 120K about 3 years ago. I can't see that it's gone up since then.

*edit* Oh Look, another bumped thread, and I got caught out this time.
00011000, it's preferred that you open a new thread rather than dig up ones from the past. Just saying.
