Streaming video

Hi folks Right i think i have a handle on the encoder and the requirements for streaming the video, i just need to capture it. I will be capturing video via an S-Video source and would like to be able to encode in fairly much real time (WM Encoder says 10->30 seconds delay but thats fine) Ideas on the capture card please…
