    Firstime poster on the board.
    Having a dreadful time with my download speed . I am on UTV 3Mb package and i am only getting 553 kbps download the upload is 256Kbps. below i have listed some more info form the modem a voyager 205

    UTV have just keep blaming Eircom.
    Has anybody got any ideas how i cant increase my speed ???
    The internal wiring seems fine. I have read that the Db level can effect the speed but i have swaped the filters to no avail.
