Recently bought an item from ebay.

It was a graphics card and the description was for a PCI-E card.
I got the card and it's an AGP card. Point being - wrong decription and hence no good to me.

But - the person who sold it, is no longer registered with ebay !!

Can I lodge a complaint with paypal ?
What else is there to do.

Contact ebay also, if you have the link of the original seller. They might be able to see if he has registered again. Hope you get it sorted :(

    thx folks,

have started a complaint, and read that Ebap/paypal may ask for an independant company/person to verify that the item is wrong and that my claim is correct.

who can do this for me, without costing more money.

    thx
