Any more thoughts on Etlaala.. He streamed home last time after some very favourable mentions on this forum...

I think he has gone down in distance but judging by last time out shorter distance may even suit!!!

14/1 in ladbrokes.. i'd recommend keeping an eye on the betting.. if the support comes, get on each way..

It's hard to say. Over 7 furlongs on decent ground I'd have him before anything, I think he's going to be a real star in those conditions. But 6 furlongs on good to soft ground is worrying for me, he's never won over 6 furlongs or on Good to Soft ground. The way he's improved this year I still think he'll run a decent race to be in the first 3 or 4 but maybe not quite up to winning.

I think Fonthill road in the 3:15 may well be able to find the small improvement needed to figure here. Double figure price so is a good each way shout.

After doing some research on the 3:15 being drawn in the middle has historically been the place to be but after watching the first race I'm now thinking that being drawn high will be an advantage. They switched sides in the first race, interestingly Eddie Ahern initially chose to stay on the far side but soon switched. With this in mind my 1-2 will be Welsh Emperor to be followed home by a fast finishing Quito.

i like to look of a forcast if the 2:45 alexandrova and high heel sneakers, i think hhs is overpriced at 16/1... Has good form this season, and looks likely to be second best...
