The sister is getting married at the end of the month.
I've no idea what to get them for their wedding. I could throw them a few bob but I'd rather get them a present. Cash prezzie is a last option.

    Any ideas?
    (They're both early 30's.)

Depends how much you'd like to spend?

    About 300/400 I think.

How about something for their house? If they already have a house, is there a room they want to do up? Maybe a good mirror? You could always get them a voucher for Arnotts. That way they can either get something for the house or treat themselves to some new clothes?

I know you don’t want to give money but many couples could really do with cash after their wedding.

I agree with Kiera, money is always welcome. The day is great but when you wake up the next day and realize you owe fifteen grand to the bank, the cash comes in a lot handier than the toaster/cutlery set/electric blanket. Money is a bit cold hearted, but stick a nice note in with it for the Hallmark "aawww" effect and you're sorted.

As most people who've ever married will tell you...

    Cash rarely offends.

A voucher for a particlar store forces them to make a purchase there and they may not find what they want there. Buying a present imposes your taste on them (as good as your taste may be, it might not be theirs).

Money it is so. They're off to Dubai so they can spent it over there on camels or whatever.
    Cheers! :)
