    Hi all,

    I am assuming that some form of Six-ology super DVD box set will be released now that all 6 episodes are finished but I was just wondering if anyone has heard of when it might be available.

    I would image Crimbo would be an ideal time but has anybody got any info.

    Nope, the "original trilogy" looks like being this years xmas StarWars cash in.

    If I was a betting man I'd wager that the "6 movie boxset" will be released to coincide with the premiere of the StarWars tv show (currently rumoured to be late 2008 - but getting pushed back all the time it feels like).

    Don't forget we have Blu-ray and HD-DVD versions to buy as well at some stage in the near future.

    All credit toooooo cash ins, but in this case it might not be such a bad thing, with th enew ones having been shot in hd (iiirc) seeing them in 1080i on proper hd discs might well be fantastic.

    Personally, I'm planning on digitising my DVD's at somepoint and never paying for a new 'format' of something I already own ever again.

    Not seeing the need for this HD stuff at all tbh... and the prospect of buying something with DRM doesn't appeal to me at all.
