Mick Foley in Seat Ibiza ad (kinda)!?

Check this out, I saw it on tv last night. Near the end of the ad, a guy kisses his own hand and then touches the hand of a small doll on the dash of his car. It looks to me like it could be Mick Foley dressed as Dude Love. What do you think? It's not so easy to see on that video but I think he's wearing a tie dye shirt, or maybe I was really tired when I saw it on TV!
