I have to admit that in all my years i've never taken part in a tournament.

If taken in the spirit of fun, tournaments can be good opportunities to meet and play people you normally wouldn't. There are those with win at all costs attitudes, who can ruin a game for you, but thankfully they're fairly rare.

I've been playing in tournaments for years now, but am running them more often than playing in them these days.

I'm not a sore loser if you don't count the rage blackouts ;)

ahh i see there will be a warmachine contingent as well, might be interested, do you know if they will be running a hordes tournament as well?

I don't know, but I'm sure if you post on the thread Woody will answer.

IIRC Warmachine and Hordes use the same rule set, and can be played against each other, correct? If that is the case, it wouldn't be hard to add Hordes stuff to the Warmachine tourny.
