    Hey there folks.

I got distracted in work by the thread on bra sizes and had a read down through. Wow there are some very busty ladies on here. Anyway my girlfriend has a large bust, 38E, and is too busy with work to shop for clothes so I often shop for her.

Where in Dublin city can you get nice shirts for work . She has an office job.

    All suggestions and advice appreciated.

    Thanks for your time folks

    Aww, what a nice boyfriend!

Try somewhere like Next (on Grafton Street or Henry Street), they're good for work shirts.

Also if you're buying shirts for her, it might be useful to get them a size bigger than her usual size, because otherwise I've found that it's hard to get them to button properly as they don't fit across the boobs!

Avoid Penney's or A-wear. The clothes are pretty but pretty impractical for us big busted ladies!

bravissimo caters for the more ample busted lady. they have bras, swimwear, shirts and suits. it can be quite expensive but in my opinion it's worth it if you can find clothes that fit.

ahhh... the bust, a joy and a curse, and mine aren't even that big!
my parents bought me a beautiful chinese style top in singapore. of course its a bit loose around the waist and too small around the chest, asian women have no shape, and that made me a sad panda with a gorgeous yet ill fitting top :(

always make sure that it has a v neck shape and WHATEVER you do stay away from peasant top shape things.
Put those on with a big bust and you look like a milk maid from a porn movie.
Try and get some pretty vests in matching colours to go under the blouses, that way you don't have to worry about the gaping button problem as much..

Coast aren't bad for nice strappy tops that actually fit the bust.

Why complicate things, when going topless is such an easy solution?

    Haha yeah, definitely :D

Stay away from elastic material tops they hug your figure too much and it looks stupid.

So when you go shopping for your GF, how do you know it will look good or bad?
If there are any guys out there that also "shop" for there GF's, would they not tend to buy kinda "revealing" clothing?

I personally have'nt heard of guys shopping for there gf's.

Try New Look, I got some class work shirts there the other day, and like someone said already, buy her a bigger size then she normally wears, so if she is a 12 then get the 14, it looks much nicer and has a much better fit around the chest.
