I've been playing position extremely aggresively, raising every unopened pot from the button/co, taking down the blinds 95% of the time.

Villain UTG is ok, never played with him before so dont have much of a read.

On the button i'm dealt KK. UTG raises to $8. I reraise on the button to $25.

Villain flat calls.

Flop (53)

Q28 rainbow

Villain checks, I bet 50. Villain flat calls.

Turn (153)

Qd completes the rainbow.

Check check.

River (153)

Villain pushes for 120 or so.

Would have expected a re re raise preflop with Pocket Rockets.

Well you have to fold, unless you think he can push with JJ/TT/99 ... whatever, which tends to be unlikely.

If he was trying to catch a bluff, then he prolly check/calls the river. The flop was really dry, so its not likely that he has a missed draw.

so I pass ... but I tend to grumble a little first, and perhaps search for a cat to kick.

Yeah. I grumbled as i watched the clock run down, kinda like Muttley outta catch the pidgeon, just without any laughter.

Stank too much of AQ and sure enough he showed AQ.

Ah well, demz d breaks.
