please help with wireless connection at home for psp

wondering can anyone help me set up a wireless network so my psp can connect to my comp at home im using win xp pro i have a netopia 3347wg what do i need to do any help much appreciated thanks.:cool:

Slightly off topic, what are the actual benefits of the wireless access? I know you can surf, download firmware updates etc. but can you play online against people in any games or similarly cool things?
